1.1           This Privacy Policy applies to the how we use your Personal Information.

1.2           Your privacy is important to us.  We are bound by the Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1993 (Privacy Act).

5.1           Personal Information will be processed in New Zealand.

8.2           We will respond to your requests within a reasonable time period.  We may not be required to comply with your requests where an exception or limitation applies under applicable law.
